Well, I had to do part of a math lesson. Ugg. It's because I have to do Terra Nova testing at school this week and I am going to miss math class because I also have to do my Virtual High School class during the day. I did it, but it took a while. I don't really like math.....mostly just because I have to do a lesson EVERY day except the weekends. It gets kind of old. I just wanted to share this interesting bit of information. Oh....and I have to study for the spelling bee in Anchorage! It's the beginning of March! I'm kinda freaked out about it!
Anyway, good luck everyone....we have to go back to school tomorrow!

Hey you guys.....I'm Abbey, and I am 13 years old as of January. My family is about to head off on a road trip across the west. We are all very excited, and my family has a blog to record the process of the trip, but, that's the family blog....this is my blog. I'm going to share MY point of view on the trip and what I really think about it. It might be interesting to read the family blog and then read this one. But, I am expecting the trip to be great, and I can't wait to start our adventure!

Well, since we don't start the actual trip for a while yet.... probably September....I'm just going to post about my day and the regular happenings here. Right now it's 1:30 and the sun is already starting to set behind the trees. I don't like the short days up here, but I do enjoy the long days in summer. It's getting warmer, and the snow is falling off our roof. It sounds like thunder when it lands.
I just finished the Battle of the Books meeting with Kelly and Rowan. It was pretty fun, but I have to read 3 more books before the battle next week! I hope we do well!
